New Year's MOMENTUM Challenge

The new year is coming up and it is typically filled with full-hearted resolutions that bet backed up by half-hearted efforts. It’s not a matter of want and effort, it’s a matter of doing it in a way that lays the foundation for the rest of your life. We need to learn something that can stick from a “Challenge.” There’s no point to challenge yourself for a few weeks if you’re just going to go back to exactly what you were doing before. The challenge needs to teach us something…and that’s what we’ve got for you this year!!! This year, we are going to challenge you to make a simple change in your nutrition, that will lay the foundation for BIG changes in 2020.

We are going to host a Free MOMENTUM Seminar that will dig into what it takes to get the results you’re after and to provide you with insights on how to make the life and body you want a reality.

Additionally, if you’re interested, Coach April, Bowie, and Kyle have created a program, MOMENTUM, that will provide you the 1-on-1 support, guidance, and accountability along with tools, strategies, and insights that will help create the mindset necessary to finally make getting the results you’ve always wanted easy and sustainable. Through a series of 1-on-1 meetings, texts/emails/phone calls, articles, journal entries, and proven methods, you will get EVERYTHING you need to build unstoppable MOMENTUM to start creating the life and body you’ve always wanted.
