Semi-Private Personal Training
Capped at 6 people, it’s not exactly personal training and not exactly a small group class. You’ll have the perfect balance of 1-on-1, personalized workouts and coaching with with the benefits of the energy, inspiration, and comradery of committed training partners who all the same goals - willing to work hard to improve our lives.
