What is Semi-Private Personal Training

Capped at 6 people, it’s not exactly personal training and not exactly a small group class. You’ll have the perfect balance of 1-on-1, personalized workouts and coaching with with the benefits of the energy, inspiration, and comradery of committed training partners who all the same goals - willing to work hard to improve our lives.


A Workout Program Personalized For You

Following MovementLink’s Cross-Training blueprint, Coach Justin will be your personal coach, there to motivate, teach you technique, and customize the exercises, reps, and intensity of your workouts specifically for your fitness level and your goals, ensuring you get the optimal stimulus to generate the best possible results every session.

Price: $720 per 4-week Cycle


Here’s how it works:

Try it Out - Join us for a week to get a feel for our amazing program. Coach Justin will reach out ahead of time to get a sense of your goals, fitness level, and what you’re looking to get out of the sessions.

Then, you can reserve your place in the group at $720 per 4 week cycle.

Once you have a spot, it’s yours. It will auto-renew each 4 week cycle unless you elect to give it up.

Don’t worry, if you’re traveling or need to, we can freeze your account and prorate prices. Because the semi private training has a cap of 6 people, the main goal in our policies is for the limited spaces to go to committed people. If you need to freeze once in while, no biggie.
