This three-week Clean and Jerk course with Coach April is designed to increase your proficiency in all aspects of the clean and jerk (First pull, second pull, third pull, turn-over, dip, drive, and receiving positions). This workshop meets once a week on Saturdays (March 14, 21, 28) from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. Each session will include a warm up, skill, strength, and auxiliary work. Olympic weightlifting is an important component to a well rounded program and because of the complexities of the snatch, these workshops provide dedicated coaching, training, and analysis to get you to the next level.
