Although the bootcamp program is within a CrossFit gym, there's no need to worry!!!  Our bootcamp program is designed specifically to remove the heavy barbells and it provides amazing results that ANYONE can accomplish.  Come see why everyone loves our CrossFit/Bootcamp mixture for yourself!

Contrary to popular (and misguided) belief, joining a gym or group classes when you’re new or not very strong will not be a massively humiliating experience. In fact, the first months are arguably the most wonderful and memorable because you’ll frequently blow past your body’s self-imposed limits. That’s a great feeling.

The experience you get here is very different than other gyms. Our gym community is made up of some of the most positive, empowered and motivated people we know. Our expert coaching staff approaches group fitness with a personal training perspective. Typical group instructors simply act as cheerleaders as they motivate you and tell you what exercises to do. Our coaches will motivate, but also have the one-on-one expertise and experience to help you at an extremely detailed, individual level to provide you exactly what you need for your personal goals and restrictions. If you’re looking to join a tribe and make fitness a part of your life – look no further.

Because of the large, indoor space and equipment available at CrossFit City Limits, we are able to offer a very unique bootcamp program that is a huge step up for most who have tried other bootcamps before. We have taken concepts from our CrossFit program and have applied them in a way that removes the heavy barbells and biases more cardio. There is a high emphasis on learning proper technique and effort, so you not only will get fitter and healthier, but the skills you develop in classes will carry over into your real life,

Free Intro Session!

All new potential members start with a free intro session. This enables individuals to meet the coaches, check out our training facility, discuss goals, past workout experiences, learn about the principles and methodologies of our classes, and see why we have the amazing reputation we have. Each session is approximately an hour long, ending with an instructor led workout, customized to any fitness levels and abilities.
