You have a couple of options to try us out for free!

Note: We run two websites, CrossFitCityLimits.com and MovementLink.FIT. Our gym is CrossFit City Limits, but all of our educational content, workouts, event calendar, etc. is on our MovementLink.FIT website, so you will likely see emails and information from both, but they are one and the same. You can register for classes on either website, but our MovementLink.FIT website is where the bulk of our content lives.

Free Class - Ready to jump right into a group class? When you register for class, select the Drop-In options and use the promo code: free class.

Make sure to look at the class types to be sure you register for what you’re looking for: we have functional fitness, open gym, and free intro class and you can use you free class to attend either our regular, functional fitness classes or a free intro session.

Functional Fitness - these are our flagship CrossFit classes. We’ll warm-up as a group, hit the workouts that day, and cool-down with some mobility exercises. If you want to get a feel for our blend of being super welcoming and laid back with knowing how to prioritize technique as we put in the hard work, jump right in with us.

Free Intro Session - If you’re more experienced, don’t overlook the option to do an intro session. Meet with a coach to chat about your goals, tour the gym, get introduced to our training program options and culture, workout, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. This is great for more experienced athletes looking to get deeper insights into our workout program and methods.

How to Register for Your Free Intro or Your Free Trial Class:

-Go to CrossFitCityLimits.com, then click on Register for Class in the upper menu bar.

-Select the class you'd like to attend and create an account. Then, purchase a Class Drop-in and on the final check-out page, use the promo code: freeclass

-Please come to class 10 minutes early, so we can meet you, give you a  quick tour, and make sure you're all set for your first class.
