You have 3 options to try us out for free!

1) Free Intro Session - Meet with a coach to chat about your goals, tour the gym, get introduced to our training program options and culture, workout, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.  This is great for beginners and more experienced athletes looking to get deeper insights into our workout program and methods.  You can find available intro class times on our class schedule: https://movementlink.fit/sign-up-for-classes, use promo code: freeclass.

2) Or, if our free intro class times don't work for you, you can also schedule a free 1-on-1 Intro Session with one of our coaches here: https://calendly.com/kyleligon/free-intro-session

3) Free Trial Class - Do you have previous experience and are just itching to jump right into a regular class?  We highly recommend all fitness levels attend the free intro session to get a better feel for the big picture of our gym and program, but, if you just can't make those times work with your schedule, just register and come on in to try a free class

How to Register for Your Free Intro or Your Free Trial Class:

-Go to MovementLink.FIT and then click on The Gym in the upper menu bar and then select Sign Up for Class.

-Select the class you'd like to attend and create an account. Then, purchase a Class Drop-in and on the final check-out page, use the promo code: freeclass. 

-Please come to class 15 minutes early, so we can meet you, give you a  quick tour, and make sure you're all set for your first class.
