For four weeks this winter we will attempt to reset our bodies and increase our fitness. From January 14th until February 9th we will partake in our Wellness Challenge. Each week we will focus on a different category as we build and practice new habits to bring awareness to potential changes to our lifestyles that can have a dramatic impact on our health.
