Welcome to CrossFit City Limits! Our goal is for your time with us to not only have a profound impact on your life, your body, health, and happiness, but for your time to be enjoyable and rewarding.
If you’re visiting our site for the first time, chances are you’re ready to really, seriously, finally get in shape. Well, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve designed our training program and gym to teach you how to make fitness a regular, enjoyable part of your life. You’ll get results as you expand your social network, working out with and getting to know some of the most amazing people in Austin!
We understand that high-intensity, functional fitness may seem intimidating if you’ve never done it before, but we put a priority on teaching movement, movement that is essential for living life as a human being. We are your one-stop-shop as we integrate yoga, cardio, and strength training into your workouts!
We offer a free intro session to chat with you, introduce you to our gym and how we work out, and get a better sense of your goals and what you’re looking for. We then build your technique with functional movement patterns and confidence by providing optional foundation sessions or optional personal training sessions to be sure you are off to a solid start. Through the years, we have found this method to be an incredibly effective way to get new members off to the best start possible.
Just walking through the doors for the first time is typically the hardest part of getting started and most people are completely surprised at how different the atmosphere of our gym truly is compared to your typical “globo” gym. Our community of members and coaches is extremely welcoming. Everyone in our community had to take that first step and knows what it feels like to be the new person. We completely understand what it takes to put yourself out there, know it is worth the effort, and we want to help you succeed in every way possible.
