CrossFit City Limits is an Austin fitness community based around a high intensity, functional workout program. CrossFit mixes strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises in as many different variations as possible to obtain the most efficient workout. All classes are led by experienced coaches and every workout varies as members work to improve their overall fitness: Strength, Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Coordination, Speed, Power, Accuracy, Balance, and Agility. All workouts are scalable and can be modified to anyone's current fitness level. Our expert coaches put a priority on quality movement and correcting movement issues, allowing you to perform better and remain pain free.

We are more than just a gym. We host community service events, happy hours, gym competitions, sporting events, and other social outings to strengthen our relationship with the city and one another. Exercising with friends is much more enjoyable and allows you to push yourself to new limits, which is why the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component to its effectiveness.
