100m Walking Lunge
100m Double DB/KB Farmer Carry (70's/50's)
300m Run

*Round 1: Start with your DBs/KBs at the Lamar Door. On our 400m route, lunge from back door to Lamar door (100m), Farmer Carry DBs/KBs back to the back door (100m), run out the back to the left and around the block back to the Lamar door (300m).
Round 2: Starting at the Lamar Door, Lunge to the back door to your DBs/KBs and then farmer carry them back to the Lamar Door. Then run out the Lamar Door to the right and around the block back to the back door. So each round's routes will be in reverse to get the DBs/KBs in the right place.
