*Partners alternate after doing the full reps of each exercise. A runs while B rests, then B runs while A rests. A does Wallballs while B rests, etc.  

Run Scaling:
If you have a:
 Sub 8:00 Mile: 600m per run
8:00 - 10:00 Mile: 600-400-400
10+ minute Mile: 400m per run

Then join class for partner WOD.
