Testing Day

1RM Back Squat
We have been working toward this day for the past 7 weeks, completing a 6 week, squat focused strength cycle and 1 week of speed work. Mobility work has focused primarily on ankles/quads to improve positioning and allow for safer/more efficient movement. Everybody has worked incredibly hard throughout this strength building phase, so get a good nights sleep, eat real food, and let's make it a great day! Expecting some big PRs!
