Then 6 Rounds of:

20 Burpees

400m Medball Run
Then 4 Rounds of:
20 AbMat Sit-ups
20 Burpees

600m Medball Run
Then 2 Rounds of:
20 Wallballs
20 Burpees


Both partners complete the run together. All reps can be partitioned in any way partners choose. Post weight used and time to comments.
