- We worked out a deal with the folks over at Soul Cycle in the Domain to host a free, CFCL group ride. The class will be held on Wednesday, 11/9 @6:45pm. Should be a fun/interesting/slightly embarrassing time so take advantage of this offer!
You have to RSVP by Wednesday, 11/2 in order to reserve a bike. Click the following link to save your spot. If you do not have an account with Soul Cycle, you will need to create one by following the instructions on the RSVP page.
After, we can head over to one of the bars/restaurants located nearby for dinner and drinks!
- Schedule changes starting Thursday, 10/27:
Tues/Thurs 5pm CrossFit Endurance is cancelled. We will bring back a more stereotypical CrossFit Endurance program here sooner than later, either with a new class offering, specialty program, or the formation of a running club.
Our all female CrossFit club, The Barbellas, will now meet every Tuesday at 5:30pm instead of at 6pm.
