  • The folks at Soul Cycle have offered to host a free CFCL group class. Email us if you would like to join!
  • This Saturday, 10/29, we will be hosting our Halloween inspired WOD, "Grelen". Make sure to dress up and let's make this as successful as last year!
  • Schedule changes starting this Thursday:

Tues/Thurs 5pm CrossFit Endurance is cancelled. We will bring back a more stereotypical CrossFit Endurance program here sooner than later, either with a new class offering, specialty program, or the formation of a running club.

Our all female CrossFit club, The Barbellas, will now meet every Tuesday at 5:30pm instead of at 6pm.
