CrossFit City Limits provides flexible scheduling, allowing members to attend any class time based on their scheduling needs. Please go the Getting Started page for more information or, if you are already a member, go to the Registration page to reserve your spot in a class. Both CrossFit and Bootcamp programs share class times, just what each group does differs.
Open Gym hours are held at various times throughout the day and count towards your membership as a regular visit. Members have free reign of the Open Gym area to get in additional strength training, do a WOD, skill work, mobility, etc.
