  • This Friday at 6:30pm we are hosting our first CrossFit for All class in partnership with the Autism Society of Central Texas. This workout is being provided for all people on the spectrum (ages 10 and up) and their families. The workouts can be modified to anyone's current fitness level and abilities. We want to encourage healthy habits and show that CrossFit is truly for all. Help us spread the word and let us know if you are interested in participating! Link to the Facebook event is here.
