  • Holiday Party has been rescheduled for Friday, December 16th @6pm! Click here for more information and hope to see everyone there!
  • We hosted our final CrossFit For All event last night and will be changing the day/time of when we host them heading into 2017. Help us spread the word about our monthly free workouts open to those with autism. Workouts will now be held on the first Saturday of every month at 10:30am.
