Battle of the Bell VIII

Saturday, May 13th @9am, Battle of the Bell VII is going down, and this time the venue is Voodoo CrossFit. Battle of the Bell is a competition between us, CrossFit Texas and Voodoo CrossFit, where each gym puts together teams to battle it out and establish who reigns supreme. The Alpha squads complete the workouts as prescribed while the Bravo squads perform a slightly modified version (usually lighter weight). Each gym will have both Alpha and Bravo teams, with each team consisting of 3 guys and 3 girls. The competition itself involves a total of 3 events, which are a combination of individual, partner and team workouts.

Our Alpha team has won 5 out of 7 times, so let's keep our winning tradition alive! Bravo had its strongest showing at the last competition so let's build on that momentum! Let me know ASAP if you want to participate so we can formalize teams and get shirt sizes.

Price for the competition is $60, which includes a t-shirt.
